We’re going to start the week off right with some core work. I would argue that we do a lot of core nearly every day when we stabilize our midlines. But we have those nice GHD’s sitting there crying out, “Use me! Use me!”. So we will :-P

Warm-Up for the week:

3 rounds

  • 10 pushups
  • 10 pullups (scale with jumping pullups rather than a band if needed)
  • 10 AbMat situps
  • 6 pistols (3 each leg)

And as always we will do the Burgener Warm-up!

Strength Work

Cleans (power OR squat is ok) 1-1-1-1-1-1-1

WOD
5 rounds for time:
30 GHD situps
25 back extensions
