We’re going to start the week off right with some core work. I would argue that we do a lot of core nearly every day when we stabilize our midlines. But we have those nice GHD’s sitting there crying out, “Use me! Use me!”. So we will
Warm-Up for the week:
3 rounds
- 10 pushups
- 10 pullups (scale with jumping pullups rather than a band if needed)
- 10 AbMat situps
- 6 pistols (3 each leg)
And as always we will do the Burgener Warm-up!
