The kids are really showing improvement in their foot work.  Those fancy feet drills are helping them develop good feet coordination.  This is a benefit to kids for all kinds of sports like soccer, basketball, football to name a few.  Ty was even noticing that the kids will be ripping up on “Dance Dance Revolution.” 

Warm-up:  Fancy Feet, front rolls, handstand progressions

Skill:  Kip progressions (wiggle fish)

Wod:  “Box, Row, Box”

Pack:

Game:  Med Ball Toss

We pair up into teams of two and grab a med ball.  We have two new 4# balls and two 1# bean bags so we will be using those.   Each team will start about 2 feet apart and toss the ball.  Then we will keep stepping back one foot on each toss until we miss.
