Back squat, 1 rep
Shoulder Press, 1 rep
Deadlift, 1 rep

This week’s warm up:

3 rounds:

  • 10 Russian lunges,(see demo here)  Since we don’t have dumbbells, use a kettlebell or no weight
  • 6 pistols (3 each leg).
  • 10 Samsons,
