Caraway Chicken With Belgian Endive

When I first started cross fitting I absolutely abhorred running. It completed wrecked me and I hated it. But I have gotten a lot better at it because of workouts like this, and although these types of workouts are still not my favorite, they suck much less these days :)  If you have to run slower but do not give up and start walking.

This weeks Warm up:

100 double unders or as many as you can get do in 10 minutes. Try to get a better score each day this week.

Strength:

7×1 overhead squats

WOD: Interval Runs

  • Run 1600 meters
  • Rest 3 minutes
  • Run 1200 meters
  • Rest 2 minutes
  • Run 800 meters
  • Rest 1 minute
  • Run 400 meters
