When I first started cross fitting I absolutely abhorred running. It completed wrecked me and I hated it. But I have gotten a lot better at it because of workouts like this, and although these types of workouts are still not my favorite, they suck much less these days
If you have to run slower but do not give up and start walking.

100 double unders or as many as you can get do in 10 minutes. Try to get a better score each day this week.
Strength:
7×1 overhead squats
WOD: Interval Runs
- Run 1600 meters
- Rest 3 minutes
- Run 1200 meters
- Rest 2 minutes
- Run 800 meters
- Rest 1 minute
- Run 400 meters
