Lila’s Calendars
Many of you remember the dodgeball tournament we participated in last year to raise money for Lila Barber. She is a girl that occupies a very special place in our hearts. Her parents were able to raise enough money to have stem cell therapy performed on Lila to treat her Cerebral Palsy last summer. Since then, she has made leaps and bounds in fine motor skills, balance, communication, etc… And they are continuing to raise money for more therapy since she’s responded so well to the first treatment. We are selling calendars at the gym for $15. Each month has a very cute picture of a child (you probably know some of the children pictured
) demonstrating an ASL sign. All money goes to the treatment of this incredibly sweet little girl. So pick yours up today!

Just in the nick of time, we got our two new nylon ropes hung ![]()
This is going to be a nice challenge. Looks like it’s going to be pretty nice weather though. The high will be 44 degrees. But it will be sunny and not windy. So running outside should be fun.

There are only a few days left in 2011. Did you accomplish everything this year you hoped for?
WOD
Complete as many rounds as possible:
- 1 Squat Clean @ 60% of 1RM (1st minute)
- 10 pullups (2nd minute)
- 2 Squat Cleans (3rd minute)
- 10 pullups (4th minute)
Increment squat cleans by one each odd minute, always do 10 pullups on the even minutes.
