This weeks Warm up:
100 double unders or as many as you can get do in 10 minutes. Try to get a better score each day this week.
Strength: Bench Press
- 5 reps at 75% max
- 3 reps at 90% max
- 1 rep at 5lbs below max
- 1 rep at max. Keep going adding 5lbs at a time until failure.
WOD: Sweet 16
For time: 15 to 1 and 1 to 15 box jumps/burpees. First round is 15 box jumps 1 burpee. 15th round is 1 box jump 15 burpees.
Running
Run for distance for 20 min. at 85% tempo.
For tempo runs, I like to start out easy, then slowly build until I hit about 85%-95% about 3/4 of the way through the run holding that for just a few minutes and then ramp back down for the rest of the run. If it goes well, you’ll feel better at the end than you did when you started
