  • Saturday Fundamentals Class

    Every Saturday at 9am, we will have a fundamentals class where we will focus on a particular skill. This is your opportunity to work on a skill without being rushed into a workout. Over the next several weeks, the classes will be focused on Olympic Weightlifting. We will learn how to safely and efficiently perform the Clean and Jerk, as well as the Snatch.
  • Friday Night Challenge

    Each month we have a big party where we do a team workout, eat lots of good food, and raise some money for a cause close to the hearts of our members. Next Friday Night Challenge is May 6 benefiting the Church of Christ teen group who will be going to Africa in August to work at the Village of Hope. RSVP on Facebook
